Delete My Data

Under the UAE Federal Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, "PDPL") and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request deletion of your personal data. This page explains what can be deleted, what must be retained, and how to submit a request.

How to Delete Your Data
Option 1 — Delete your account (deletes all deletable data)
The fastest way to delete all deletable data is to delete your account. Go to Settings → Delete Account in the app. See Delete Account for full details.
Option 2 — Delete specific data without deleting your account
You can delete specific data categories while keeping your account:
- Posts and comments: Delete individually from within the app.
- Profile photo and bio: Edit or remove in Settings → Profile.
- Search history: Clear in Settings → Privacy → Clear Search History.
- Ad preferences: Reset in Settings → Privacy → Ad Preferences.
- Notification preferences: Manage in Settings → Notifications.
Option 3 — Submit a data deletion request by email
To request deletion of specific data categories, email privacy@k22hub.com with:
- Subject line: Data Deletion Request
- Your registered email address
- The specific data categories you want deleted
We will respond within 30 days as required by the UAE Federal PDPL.
Data Export (Right to Portability)
You have the right to receive a machine-readable copy of your personal data. To request a data export:
- In-app: Go to Settings → Privacy → Export My Data. We will prepare your export and notify you when it is ready to download.
- By email: Email privacy@k22hub.com with subject line "Data Export Request" and your registered email address.
Data exports are provided within 30 days of your request.

بموجب قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية الاتحادي الإماراتي (المرسوم بقانون اتحادي رقم 45 لسنة 2021)، يحق لك طلب حذف بياناتك الشخصية.
كيفية حذف بياناتك
الخيار الأول — حذف حسابك (يحذف جميع البيانات القابلة للحذف)
أسرع طريقة لحذف جميع البيانات القابلة للحذف هي حذف حسابك. انتقل إلى الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب في التطبيق.
الخيار الثاني — حذف بيانات محددة دون حذف حسابك
- المنشورات والتعليقات: احذفها بشكل فردي من داخل التطبيق.
- صورة الملف الشخصي والسيرة الذاتية: عدّلها أو احذفها في الإعدادات ← الملف الشخصي.
- سجل البحث: امسحه في الإعدادات ← الخصوصية ← مسح سجل البحث.
الخيار الثالث — تقديم طلب حذف بيانات عبر البريد الإلكتروني
راسل privacy@k22hub.com بعنوان "طلب حذف البيانات" وعنوان بريدك الإلكتروني المسجّل وفئات البيانات التي تريد حذفها. نرد خلال 30 يومًا.
تصدير البيانات (حق قابلية النقل)
يحق لك الحصول على نسخة قابلة للقراءة آليًا من بياناتك الشخصية. لطلب تصدير البيانات، انتقل إلى الإعدادات ← الخصوصية ← تصدير بياناتي في التطبيق، أو راسل privacy@k22hub.com بعنوان "طلب تصدير البيانات". يُقدَّم التصدير خلال 30 يومًا.
