Frequently Asked Questions
How do I become a creator?
Open the app and go to Settings → Become a Creator. You must be at least 18 years old. You will need to provide a valid Payoneer account ID to receive payouts. Register a free Payoneer account at payoneer.com if you do not already have one. Payoneer conducts its own identity verification.
How do creator payouts work?
Creators earn coins from tips, live gifts, DM access, profile access, Majlis access, and creator support. Coins are converted to AED at the current platform rate, which is shown in Settings → Wallet. A minimum payout threshold applies (shown in Settings → Wallet). Request a payout from Settings → Wallet → Request Payout. Payouts are processed via Payoneer within several business days.
What are Coins?
Coins are a virtual currency used within Majalis to tip creators, send live gifts, unlock paid content (profile access, DM access, Majlis access), and access other features. Coins are purchased via Apple App Store or Google Play. They have no cash value and are non-refundable once purchased, except as required by applicable consumer law or app store policy.
What is Majalis Premium?
Majalis Premium is a platform subscription that unlocks extended limits and features including an ad-free experience. Current feature limits are shown in the app. Premium is billed monthly or annually via Apple App Store or Google Play. Cancel anytime in your device's subscription settings.
Why am I seeing ads?
Majalis displays third-party ads for users without an active Premium subscription. If you have Premium, you should see no ads — contact us if ads appear. If you do not have Premium, you can manage your ad personalisation preferences via Settings → Privacy → Ad Preferences. Upgrading to Premium removes all ads.
How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
Premium subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google. To cancel: on iOS, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Majalis Premium → Cancel. On Android, go to Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Majalis → Cancel. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
My payout is delayed — what do I do?
Payouts are typically processed within several business days of your request. Ensure your Payoneer account ID is correctly entered in Settings → Wallet → Payout Account and that your Payoneer account is active and verified. If your payout is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, email support@k22hub.com with your username and payout request date.
How do I report a user or content?
Tap the "⋯" on any post, profile, or message and select "Report". Your report goes directly to our moderation team. Urgent reports involving immediate harm are prioritised and actioned as quickly as possible.
My account was suspended — how do I appeal?
Email appeals@k22hub.com with your username, the date of suspension, and a description of the situation. We respond within 7 days.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Delete Account in the app. You can also visit majalis.k22hub.com/delete-account.html for full details on what is deleted and what is retained.
How do I request a copy of my data?
Email privacy@k22hub.com with the subject line "Data Export Request" and your registered email address. We will respond within 30 days as required by the UAE Federal PDPL. You can also initiate a data export request from within the app at Settings → Privacy → Export My Data.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is processed on cloud infrastructure located outside the UAE. Some service providers are located in other jurisdictions. See our Privacy Policy for full details on processors and cross-border transfers.

ما هي العملات (Coins)؟
العملات هي عملة افتراضية داخل المجالس تُستخدم للإكراميات وإرسال الهدايا وفتح المحتوى المدفوع. تُشترى عبر متجر Apple أو Google Play وهي غير قابلة للاسترداد بعد الشراء.
لماذا أرى إعلانات؟
تعرض المجالس إعلانات من طرف ثالث للمستخدمين غير المشتركين في Premium. إذا كنت مشتركًا في Premium، يجب ألا ترى أي إعلانات — تواصل معنا إن ظهرت. يمكنك إدارة تفضيلات الإعلانات عبر الإعدادات ← الخصوصية ← تفضيلات الإعلانات.
كيف أحذف حسابي؟
انتقل إلى الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب في التطبيق.
أين تُخزَّن بياناتي؟
