Delete Your Account

You have the right to delete your Majalis account at any time. This page explains what is deleted, what is retained, and how to proceed.
Deleting your account is permanent. Once deletion completes, your profile, content, and unspent coin and live-credit balances cannot be recovered. Please review the steps below before you proceed.
Before You Delete
- Coin balance: Any unspent coins in your wallet will be forfeited. Coins cannot be refunded once an account is deleted.
- Live credits: Any unused live credits will be forfeited.
- Creator earnings: If you are a creator with a pending payout balance at or above the minimum payout threshold, request a payout before deleting. Pending balances below the minimum threshold will be forfeited.
- Active subscriptions: Cancel your Majalis Premium subscription and any creator subscriptions before deleting your account. Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google — cancelling your Majalis account does not automatically cancel your subscription billing.
- Majlis rooms: If you are the owner of a Majlis room, your room and its content will be deleted. Members will lose access.
- Content: Your posts, comments, and messages will be deleted. Content you sent to others (messages, voice notes) may remain visible to recipients until they delete it.

How to Delete Your Account
Open the Majalis app on your device.
Tap your profile icon to open your profile.
Tap the Settings icon (gear icon, top right).
Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
Read the confirmation screen carefully, then confirm your decision.
Your account is scheduled for deletion. All deletable data is purged within 30 days.
Can't access the app? Email privacy@k22hub.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and your registered email address. We process your request within 30 days.

يحق لك حذف حساب المجالس في أي وقت. تشرح هذه الصفحة ما يُحذف وما يُحتفظ به وكيفية المتابعة.
قبل الحذف
- رصيد العملات: ستُصادَر أي عملات غير منفقة في محفظتك. لا يمكن استرداد العملات بعد حذف الحساب.
- الاعتمادات المباشرة: ستُصادَر أي اعتمادات مباشرة غير مستخدمة.
- أرباح المبدعين: إذا كنت مبدعًا برصيد سحب معلق يساوي الحد الأدنى للسحب أو يتجاوزه، اطلب السحب قبل الحذف. ستُصادَر الأرصدة دون الحد الأدنى.
- الاشتراكات النشطة: ألغِ اشتراك Majalis Premium قبل حذف حسابك. الاشتراكات تُدار بواسطة Apple أو Google.
- غرف المجالس: إذا كنت مالك غرفة مجلس، ستُحذف الغرفة ومحتواها.
كيفية حذف حسابك
- افتح تطبيق المجالس على جهازك.
- اضغط على أيقونة ملفك الشخصي.
- اضغط على أيقونة الإعدادات (أيقونة الترس، أعلى اليمين).
- مرّر للأسفل واضغط على حذف الحساب.
- اقرأ شاشة التأكيد بعناية وأكّد قرارك.
- سيُجدوَل حسابك للحذف. ستُحذف جميع البيانات القابلة للحذف خلال 30 يومًا.
إذا لم تتمكن من الوصول إلى التطبيق، راسل privacy@k22hub.com بعنوان "طلب حذف الحساب" وعنوان بريدك الإلكتروني المسجّل.
