Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Majalis, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use Majalis.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 17 years old to use Majalis.
• You must be at least 18 years old to become a creator, enable monetisation, and receive payouts.
• You must provide an accurate date of birth at signup. We collect and store your date of birth for age verification and compliance purposes.
• You must not be prohibited from using the service under applicable law.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or allow others to access it. Notify us immediately at support@k22hub.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Content You Post

You retain ownership of content you create. By posting on Majalis, you grant Kayan22 FZ LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

You are solely responsible for your content. You must not post content that violates our Community Guidelines, infringes third-party rights, or violates applicable law.

5. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Payments

5.1 Majalis Premium

Majalis Premium is a platform-level subscription that unlocks enhanced features including extended post and video limits, longer live sessions, additional Majlises, multi-image posts, and an ad-free experience. Premium is billed monthly or annually via Apple App Store or Google Play. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Premium features are not available after cancellation. Kayan22 FZ LLC may modify Premium features with 30 days' notice. Current Premium features are shown in the app.

5.2 Creator Subscriptions

Creators may offer paid subscriptions to their content. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

5.3 Coins and Virtual Currency

Coins are a virtual currency used within Majalis to tip creators, send live gifts, unlock paid content (profile access, DM access, Majlis access), and access other features. The following terms apply:

• Coins are purchased via Apple App Store or Google Play as consumable in-app purchases and are subject to those stores' refund policies.
• Coins have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money by users (only creators receive AED payouts for earned coins).
• Coins are non-transferable between accounts and non-refundable once purchased, except as required by applicable consumer law or app store policy.
• Coin balances are forfeited upon account deletion (after the 30-day grace period).
• Kayan22 FZ LLC may adjust coin pricing, pack sizes, and redemption rates at any time with reasonable notice.

5.4 Live Credits

Live Credits are a separate virtual credit used for live session features (extensions, enhancements). Live Credits are purchased via in-app purchase, are non-refundable, and expire upon account deletion.

5.5 Live Tickets

Creators may offer ticketed live sessions at a fixed AED price. Live ticket purchases are non-refundable once the session has started, except as required by applicable consumer law. If a ticketed session is cancelled by the creator before it starts, a refund will be issued.

5.6 One-Time Purchases

One-time coin-based purchases (Majlis access, paid messages, profile unlocks, DM access) are non-refundable except as required by applicable consumer law.

5.7 Creator Payouts

• Creators receive a share of the value of coins spent on them, after platform and app-store fees. Current rates are shown in the app under Settings → Wallet.
• Payouts are processed via Payoneer. Creators must register a Payoneer account at payoneer.com and provide their Payoneer account ID in the app under Settings → Wallet → Payout Account.
• Payoneer conducts its own identity verification (KYC). Kayan22 FZ LLC does not conduct identity verification directly.
• Payouts are blocked until a valid Payoneer account ID is registered and verified.
• A minimum payout threshold applies; the current amount is shown in Settings → Wallet. Payouts are typically processed within several business days of request.
• Financial records are retained for up to 7 years as required by UAE commercial law.

5.8 Spending Limits

You may set daily and monthly spending limits on your account via Settings → Wallet → Spending Limits. Once a limit is reached, coin purchases and paid features will be blocked until the limit resets. Kayan22 FZ LLC may also impose platform-level spending limits for fraud prevention.

5.9 Advertising

Majalis displays third-party advertisements — in the app feed and discovery sections, and on the website (majalis.ae and majalis.k22hub.com) both served directly by Majalis and via Google AdSense — to users who do not have an active Majalis Premium subscription. Premium subscribers see no ads on any Majalis surface. By using Majalis without a Premium subscription, you agree to receive ads. In the app you may manage ad personalisation via Settings → Privacy → Ad Preferences; on the website, Google AdSense is served only after you accept the on-page advertising-consent banner (which you can change via the Cookies and Privacy Choices pages), while advertising Majalis serves directly — its own promoted placements and business or brand campaigns — may appear to non-Premium viewers regardless. 6. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Post content prohibited under our Community Guidelines
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform
• Use automated tools to create accounts or inflate engagement, viewer counts, or coin earnings
• Impersonate any person, brand, or organisation
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the platform
• Solicit coins, tips, or gifts in exchange for prohibited content
• Use multiple accounts to artificially inflate your own coin earnings or payout amounts

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or our Community Guidelines. Upon termination for cause, any pending payout balance may be forfeited. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account or by visiting majalis.k22hub.com/delete-account.html.

8. Disclaimers

Majalis is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that content posted by other users is accurate or appropriate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kayan22 FZ LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of Majalis shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Fujairah Free Zone / Creativity City, United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be referred to the Fujairah courts unless local consumer law requires otherwise.

11. Amendments

We may update these Terms with at least 30 days' notice — via in-app notification and/or by posting the updated Terms on majalis.ae and majalis.k22hub.com with a revised "Last Updated" date, so website-only users are notified as well. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
